Seg\u00fan un estudio, en base a los datos obtenidos durante los \u00faltimos 4 a\u00f1os sobre el comportamiento de 72 millones de clientes, quienes compraron en 86 tiendas distintas, los retailers han conseguido alcanzar un 7% de los clientes a trav\u00e9s del e-mail marketing. Su gran logro es que en este periodo ha cuadriplicado su ritmo de crecimiento.
